this won't be a surprise to anyone i don't think, but in terms of water-based, gel blushes, tarte is the definitive best. even if you have combination to oily skin as i do, it won't muck up your skin or invite awful things to happen to your face. the colours are easily blended and are so sheer, that they just give you a healthy and lovely glow. i've used the ever-popular flush colour for quite a well now, but i recently picked up cloud 9, which is a sheer lavender-plum colour and it makes me look a bit more healthy and just a bit more alive...and who doesn't want that?
